This San Juan tiny home was built for the resort Wildwood Lakefront Cottages. It has a 400 sqft footprint plus 250 sqft of loft space inside the unit.

As a variation of the San Juan model, this home features a flat roof with a roof deck. A spacious wraparound deck was built around the unit to add to the living area.

While The San Juan model is no longer available, we offer an updated version called The Bellevue.
