If you already have house plans for your tiny home build, we work hand-in-hand to review drawings, develop pricing, and provide design input and value engineering. Budget & Estimating

After we meet with you initially to discuss your tiny home concept and its construction and needs and wants, we prepare a preliminary budget (cost estimate) and project proposal that outlines the scope of work for your tiny home build. Once these documents are completed, we review the tiny home project proposal line-by-line together to ensure we’re on the same page when it comes to performance expectations. If the cost of construction is higher than you anticipated, we discuss ways to value-engineer the tiny home project to make it fit your dreams and your budget.

Value Engineering

What is value engineering? This is the process we tackle when a client can’t afford the costs of their original tiny home concept. Sadly, we often dream bigger than our construction budgets, but don’t be discouraged. At WCH, when we take on a tiny home build, we work backwards from your budget, deducting your non-negotiable costs and employing the remaining balance to prioritize needs versus wants. We draw on creativity to introduce different materials and finishes into your tiny home build that align your dream with your budget. All of our tiny home builds get the benefit of our expertise and the quality that comes with it, but with that experience comes the ability to make every dollar of your tiny home build go as far as possible.

Our in-house interior designer helps you by offering a curated selection of flooring, tile, carpet, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures all sized and chosen specifically for a variety of tiny home builds, whether your tiny home project be one of our existing park models or a fully custom tiny home concept. We’ve hand-picked products that are of good value and work within our tiny home and park model parameters. The hard work is done, you just have to pick from our beautifully curated selections for your tiny home build.

Warranty

At WCH, we take pride in the quality of our construction. We provide a full one-year warranty on our construction work on our park model, modular, ADU and tiny home projects, and pass on manufacturers’ warranties for all products that are installed.
